Position Summary:
TERRAPROMPT LLC is seeking an experienced Data Scientist with a minimum of 3 years in data science or a related field. The ideal candidate has a solid background in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization, as well as practical experience working with data models and business problem-solving. This role requires a hands-on approach and a passion for transforming data into strategic insights.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

Job Duties
- Data Collection and Acquisition
-Gather data from various sources, including databases, web services, APIs, and external datasets.
- Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and comprehensiveness.

- Data Cleaning and Preprocessing

- Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA)

- Statistical Analysis and Modeling
- Apply statistical techniques to analyze data and derive insights.

- Conduct feature engineering to enhance model performance.

- Big Data Technologies
- Utilize big data tools and technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases to handle large datasets.
- Implement scalable data processing pipelines.
- Manage and monitor data storage for optimized access and retrieval.
- Ensure compliance with data processing and handling standards.
- Experimentation and A/B Testing
- Design and conduct experiments, including A/B tests, to evaluate the impact of changes and measure outcomes.
- Analyze experimental results to provide data-driven recommendations.
- Ensure statistical rigor in test design and result interpretation.
- Document experiment designs and outcomes for future reference.
- Automation and Efficiency
- Automate data collection, processing, and analysis workflows to improve efficiency.
- Develop reusable code and libraries for data science tasks.
- Implement scheduling and monitoring of automated workflows.
- Establish standards for version control in automated processes.
- Research and Development
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
- Conduct research to develop new methodologies and improve existing techniques.
- Explore applications of emerging technologies relevant to business needs.
- Share findings with team members to support innovation and learning.
- Ethical Considerations and Compliance
- Ensure data privacy and security by following ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Implement best practices for responsible and ethical data usage.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science or closely related field
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in data science, analytics, or a similar role.

- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).

- Experience implementing AI and machine learning capabilities in Salesforce, such as Einstein AI.  
- Demonstrated ability to design and deploy complex Salesforce solutions, including custom applications.  
- Salesforce certifications, such as *Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified AI Associate, Salesforce Certified AI Specialist are a plus., are a plus.  
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
